🎤 4. Personal Interview & Tie-breaking Principles
Personal Interview — 40 Marks
Final selection will be based on total marks obtained under Educational Qualification (40) + Research/Work Experience (20) + Interview Performance (40) taken together, in order of merit.
Tie-breaking Principles (if overall equal marks)
Rule 2: If same age, candidate who has obtained higher marks in Post-Graduation (Column V) during shortlisting will be ranked higher.
